Terms of Use

These Terms cover the Mischiefy website at mischiefy.com and its early access waitlist. Mischiefy is operated by First Million LLC (in formation) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@mischiefy.com or support@mischiefy.com. Separate terms are planned for the Mischiefy app at launch, and you'll be asked to accept them before you use it.

1. You must be 18 or older

Mischiefy is for adults only. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that viewing adult-oriented content is legal where you are. Before using the app at launch you will be required to verify your age.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no account and no obligation to buy. It lets us email you about early access, launch news and founding member pricing. A place on the list does not guarantee access, a particular price or a launch date. We may close or change the waitlist at any time.

3. Mischiefy characters are AI

Mischiefy is an AI companion service. All characters are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and nothing they say is professional advice (medical, mental health, legal, financial or otherwise).

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no automated or bulk sign-ups, and no signing up anyone else without their permission.

5. Pricing

Founding member pricing will be announced at launch. Any price, renewal period and cancellation terms will be shown to you clearly before you pay anything.

6. Intellectual property

The Mischiefy name, logo, site design and content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

9. Governing law

The governing law and venue for these Terms are to be finalized.
